As a financial institution, we need to know our clients and verify who they are. This is to prevent identity theft, financial fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing (The concept is called K.Y.C).
In order to verify your account we require the following:
✔ Colored copy of a valid passport. Please send us a clear copy of your passport, ensuring all the information is clearly seen.
✔ Colored copy of a utility bill such as an electricity or water bill, no more than 3 months old with your name and full home address. Please note we do not accept phone bills.
For Credit or Debit Card Deposits:
✔ Colored copy of the credit card (front and back) used to fund the account showing: The last 4 digits, expiration date, and full name on the front and back of the card, also ensuring that your signature is visible on the back of the card in the designated space provided.
For a Deposit made through a Wire Transfer:
✔ A confirmation of the deposit made by wire transfer, please ensure we can clearly see our company details for the actual transaction and the amount deposited.

The verification process is a onetime process that will allow you to withdraw future funds safely and easily.
